Paul R Boucher - Financial advisor
Over the past 30 years, Paul has been actively involved in the finance and infrastructure sectors working on projects in the energy (renewables), water, transportation (air and ground), social (schools, courthouses, healthcare), and timber sectors. Paul has built various teams of investment managers in the development, financing, building, and asset management of infrastructure projects across North America with an aggregate market value of excess of $5 billion. Paul has held several senior positions with groups such as HSBC (Vice President), Meridiam (Executive Director), Babcock & Brown (Managing Director), ABN AMRO (Co-Head of Infrastructure Capital, Americas). Paul was also a financial advisor to a large French company on the acquisition of a $1 billion business in the infrastructure space, as well as Executive Director of the Toronto Island Airport Terminal, responsible for overseeing the most recent construction expansion project. Paul holds a degree in engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.

She has racked up an impressive portfolio of award-winning films for the top mining houses, energy companies, governments, sovereign wealth funds, and leaders. Her work in film has given her exclusive access to decision-makers and knowledge of corporations, government relations, public affairs, and brand marketing in different geographies and complex environments. Her strong communication skills and understanding of different cultures help us bridge the chasms of trust, creating a comfortable meeting place for new partners to work together. Mr. Rabin Kumar Gurung - Operative Commander 12
Mr. Kumar has 20 years of military experience, served in UAE, Malaysia, Iraq, Afghanistan, and other international conflict zones. Served with the United Nations with peacekeeping, humanitarian aid, among other responsibilities. Worked with multiple International private companies as security expert and team coordinator. Kumar has been working with iKey Solutions since 2012 where he is highly appreciated for his, experience, loyalty, commitment, and hard-working mentality. Mr. Kumar is also the commander of our Gurkhas soldiers.

Mr. Skolbekken is a senior technology and business development executive with extensive international experience. With experience with building various businesses on 3 continents, as well as consulting and facilitating procurement processes and development of businesses within the technology, security, and health industries, Tom provides a broad insight into many aspects from a variety of industries in different countries.
